Specializing in trial exhibit preparation, we offer digital exhibit/page numbering along with digital exhibit "sticker" application. We have the largest supply of tabs and binders in the Valley. Coupled with high-speed printing equipment and years of experience, we can have your trial binders ready on short notice.
With high-speed (85+ppm) connected Canon copiers and IPROTech’s litigation support software, we are able to provide all standard formats (tif, jpg, multipage pdf) along with a variety of software specific load files (Summation, Concordance, Trial Director, Laserfische.).

Onsite scanning throughout the Central Valley (Visalia/Hanford to Chowchilla). We are able to scan at all the local courts (including the Court Archives on E Street) along with the major municipalities (Regional Water Board, Air Quality Control District, etc.). With portable high-speed, small footprint Fujitsu scanners, we are able to capture thousands of pages per day with minimal intrusion at the location.
Capture and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) to image for use in litigation database software for review – with the use of our industry-leading IPRO litigation support software, we can process hundreds of file formats into usable images with associated text files. Along with images, we can provide metadata and load files for most legal databases. For larger projects, we have relationships with proven EDD providers for additional support and data processing.

Valley Document Solutions opened it's doors in 1999 with hopes of offering the Central San Joaquin Valley a high-end, but competitively priced, litigation support solution similar to those found in larger markets such as Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Our current management team has been in place since 2002 and has over 30 years of combined experience in the litigation support industry. This stability has allowed us to form a tight knit team that doesn't crack under the pressure of difficult deadlines or "out of the ordinary" project requirements.

Equipment, whether it be hardware or software, is an integral part of providing high-end litigation support services. In order to keep up with the ever growing volume of digital and/or paper files, we have committed significant financial resources to keep our production department state of the art.
Our high-volume Canon multi-function devices can scan/print thousands of pages per day. Coupled with our Dell-based computer network, and IPRO litigation support software, VDS can process ESI (Electronically Stored Information) or paper documents at a level unmatched in the Central San Joaquin Valley. With the the addition of our full color wide-format Contex scanner and HP printer, all of our trial exhibit blowups and courtroom displays are handled in-house which cuts costs and turnaround times significantly.
